Projects
With the shared intervention projects in FACIAM we have the will to promote a learning community with all our partner organizations, with the third social sector and with public administrations at different territorial and sectorial levels of competence. In our shared projects we defend a model of approaching the intervention of homelessness from the construction of personalized support. These projects involve the effective coordination of the entities of the network, which provide a consolidated relationship with the main public and private agents in the care of groups in exclusion and in the approach to homelessness, with many of their own services and an important networking experience. The capacity of irradiation of the learning generated in these projects also aims to reach third sector entities and offers the possibility of becoming public policy.
Faciam Projects
FUTURO&CO: Community-based social innovation project to empower homeless youths
Comprehensive care model for youth homelessness. With an intersectional and rights-based approach, it activates a system of support and innovative tools that transform a situation of vulnerability into an opportunity for the future. A pilot program of the Ministry of Social Rights with the support of Next Generation funds, where the deinstitutionalizing approach enables young people to turn from survival mode to personal empowerment. Project shared by 11 entities of the network in 6 CCAA.
IMPULSA PROGRAM: Inclusion program for young people in a situation of residential exclusion.
Program shared by 4 entities of the FACIAM network in agreement with the Madrid City Council. It aims at the early detection of homelessness situations from the different resources of the network of care for homeless people. The program articulates an agile referral process providing a residential alternative in Housing Led or Coliving resources, a social accompaniment, focused on preventive work and the creation of support networks and the recovery of rights with community participation.
